Peanut Butter Marshmallow Brownies (Ollie's Delights)

Our Peanut Butter Marshmallow Brownies, affectionately known as “Ollie’s Delights,” are our signature brownie dessert. Each one starts with a rich, fudge brownie base, layered with gooey marshmallow, topped with a crunchy chocolate-peanut butter mix, and finished with a drizzle of creamy peanut butter.

This was my great-grandmother Ollie’s favorite recipe to bake for me as a kid, and it will always hold a special place in my heart. You have to try a Delight!
