For order questions:
Please include your order number (found in your confirmation email), delivery date, recipient name, and delivery location.

For allergy or ingredient questions:
Please include the allergy or allergies, the product you are considering, and the delivery date. Please note that Ollie’s Great Bakery is not an allergen-free facility.

For catering or event questions:
Please include the event date, location, estimated guest count, and what kind of treats you are interested in.

For school delivery questions:
Please include the campus, dorm/building, delivery date, and recipient information.
