Meet Ollie's Great Bakery
Ollie’s Great Bakery is a husband-and-wife bakery founded by Camryn and Charlie, named in honor of Camryn’s great-grandmother, Ollie.
From family recipes to campus deliveries, everything we bake is rooted in love, family, faith, creativity & the joy of sending something sweet.
Every order we bake is personal to us. Whether it is a birthday cookie cake, a care package before finals, custom cupcakes for a campus event, or a brownie box sent “just because,” our hope is that it feels thoughtful, delicious & full of love.
Our Story
Ollie’s Great Bakery is named after Camryn’s great-grandmother, Ollie, who helped spark his love for baking from a young age.
Some of Camryn’s sweetest childhood memories were spent in the kitchen with Ollie, learning how to bake family favorites like Brownie Delights, banana bread, and “On-The-Go Ollie” treats. More than the recipes themselves, Ollie passed down something even bigger: the joy of feeding people well and making them feel loved.
That spirit still guides everything we do today.
From Chapel Hill to Ollie’s
Ollie’s grew during our time at UNC, where we saw how much a fresh-baked surprise could mean to a student far from home.
A birthday treat delivered to a dorm, brownies during a stressful week, cupcakes for roommates, or a cookie cake after a big exam can make someone feel remembered in the middle of a busy semester.
Today, we deliver to students, families, local residents, offices, sororities, schools, and events across the Triangle, Triad, and beyond. But at the heart of it, the mission is still simple: bake something special and get it to the people who need a little sweetness.
A Husband-and-Wife Bakery
Ollie’s is run by the two of us: Camryn and Charlie.
Camryn brings the baking roots, family recipes, operations, delivery planning, and big-picture vision behind Ollie’s. Charlie brings the artistry, creativity, photography, cake design, and the beautiful details that make so many of our desserts feel extra special.
We got married in 2025, and building Ollie’s together has become one of the greatest joys and biggest adventures of our life. It is a lot of early mornings, late nights, baking days, delivery routes, customer messages, and frosting-covered counters, but we are so grateful to do this work together.
Faith, Food & Family
For us, Ollie’s is about more than dessert.
Our faith reminds us to work with gratitude, honesty, and care. Our family story reminds us how love has been shown through food for generations. And our love for excellence pushes us to make every order fresh, generous, and worth sharing.
We know many of our orders are sent for meaningful moments: birthdays, hard weeks, celebrations, new beginnings, homesickness, encouragement, and love from far away. We do not take that lightly.
