Wedding Pricing & Starting Information

All wedding orders are custom quoted so we can review your date, guest count, dessert needs, delivery location, setup plans, and design details before confirming availability.

Wedding orders begin at $250 before delivery. Large mixed dessert table spreads typically begin at $500 before delivery.

  • One-Tier Wedding Cakes:

    Starting at $250. Perfect for cutting cakes, elopements, showers, rehearsal dinners, and smaller wedding celebrations. Final pricing depends on cake size, flavor, design style, and decoration level.

  • Two-Tier Wedding Cakes

    Starting at $425. A classic wedding cake option for couples who want a beautiful centerpiece cake for their reception. Two-tier cakes require wedding delivery.

  • Traditional Cupcake Spreads

    Starting at $5.50 per cupcake. Perfect for simple, elegant dessert tables. Minimum 48 cupcakes.

  • Floral Cupcake Spreads

    Starting at $7.00 per cupcake. Includes more detailed buttercream floral designs. Minimum 48 cupcakes.

  • Mini Cookie Cake Spreads

    Starting at $5.50 each. Mini decorated cookie cakes are perfect for dessert tables, welcome parties, rehearsal dinners, and late-night treats. Minimum 48 mini cookie cakes.

  • Reception Party Favors

    Starting at $6.50 each. Individually boxed traditional cupcakes, floral cupcakes, or decorated mini cookie cakes customized with initials, colors, or simple decorative details. Minimum 48 favors.

Wedding Samples

Wedding sample boxes are available for $50 after we confirm your wedding date is available. If you book your wedding order within 30 days of your sample delivery, $25 of the sample fee will be credited toward wedding orders of $500+.

Wedding Delivery & Setup

Standard wedding delivery: Wedding delivery within our standard service area begins at $75 and includes scheduled drop-off only. We are delivery-only and do not offer wedding order pickup.

Delivery + setup: Delivery with basic dessert setup begins at $150 within our standard service area. This includes placing cakes, cupcakes, desserts, or favors on the provided table so your order is ready for your event.

Display items not included: Platters, stands, rentals, candles, florals, signage, table linens, and styling props are not included. Couples or planners are responsible for providing any display pieces or decor unless otherwise quoted.

Extended delivery: Delivery outside our standard service area is quoted individually based on distance, round-trip drive time, delivery timing, staffing needs, and order size. Extended delivery may require a higher order minimum.

How Wedding Ordering Works

  • 1. Submit a wedding request

    Tell us about your wedding date, venue, guest count, dessert ideas, flavors, colors, and whether you’re interested in a cake, cupcakes, dessert table, or favors.

  • 2. We review availability & send a quote

    We’ll review your date, delivery location, dessert needs, setup request, and design details before sending a custom wedding quote.

  • 3. Schedule a sampler or book your date

    Wedding samplers are available for a $50 flat fee, with a $25 credit applied to your final order if booked within 30 days of your sampling delivery.

  • 4. We prepare, deliver & set up your treats

    Once your order is booked and paid in full, we’ll prepare your wedding desserts and coordinate delivery or delivery + setup based on your quote.

Wedding Policies & Important Notes

Custom quoted orders: All wedding orders are custom quoted based on your date, venue, guest count, dessert selections, flavors, design details, delivery needs, and setup preferences.

Minimum lead time: Wedding requests should be submitted at least 8 weeks before your event date. Shorter turnaround requests may be reviewed based on availability, but are not guaranteed.

Wedding samplers: Wedding samplers are available for a $50 flat fee. If you book your wedding order within 30 days of your sampling delivery, $25 will be credited toward your final order.

Delivery: Standard wedding delivery within our standard service area begins at $75 and includes scheduled drop-off only.

Delivery + setup: Delivery + setup within our standard service area begins at $150 and includes arranging Ollie’s desserts on the display surface provided by the client or venue.

Outside service area: Wedding deliveries outside our standard service area are quoted individually based on distance, timing, staffing, and order size. We may not be able to accommodate every out-of-area request.

Displays, stands & rentals: Cake stands, cupcake stands, platters, trays, candles, florals, tablecloths, signage, and rentals are not included. These items must be provided by the client, planner, or venue.

Booking & payment: Wedding orders are not officially booked until availability is confirmed, your quote is approved, and payment has been completed. Once payment is completed, wedding orders are final and non-refundable.

Changes after booking: Any changes requested after booking are reviewed based on availability and may require additional fees. We recommend finalizing guest count, flavors, quantities, and design details before payment is completed.
