2026–2027 Care Package for Students at Wake Forest University

The easiest way to send sweet surprises to your student at Wake Forest University throughout the school year.

Our 2026–2027 WFU Care Package is a prepaid school-year package with 5 scheduled Ollie’s Great Bakery deliveries throughout the year. We time each delivery around popular gifting moments, holidays, finals, and busy parts of the semester so your student gets a thoughtful surprise right when they need it most.

Each delivery includes themed Ollie’s treats, a gift message signed from you, student texting for courtesy updates, and delivery to WFU Mail Services for on-campus students or delivery to Winston-Salem houses and apartments for off-campus students.

How It Works

1. Enter how you want us to sign each gift message, along with your student’s name, phone number, and delivery information at checkout.
2. We plan your student’s care package deliveries throughout the 2026–2027 school year based on our scheduled WFU delivery dates.
3. On the day of each delivery, we text your student with delivery updates and send email updates to you.
4. Each delivery arrives fresh, gift-ready, and includes a gift message signed from you.

The 2026–2027 WFU Care Package includes all 5 deliveries listed below. Planned delivery dates are provided so you know what to expect. If weather, campus logistics, route changes, or student availability require an adjustment, we will communicate updates as needed.

Delivery 1: Back-to-School Delivery
Planned Date: Thursday, August 27, 2026
Theme: A cheerful welcome-back treat box to start the school year.

Delivery 2: Halloween Delivery
Planned Date: Wednesday, October 28, 2026
Theme: A festive Halloween-themed treat.

Delivery 3: Valentine’s Delivery
Planned Date: Wednesday, February 10, 2027
Theme: A Valentine’s-inspired treat.

Delivery 4: Spring Delivery
Planned Date: Thursday, March 25, 2027
Theme: A bright spring-themed box of Ollie’s treats.

Delivery 5: End-of-Year Delivery
Planned Date: Tuesday, April 20, 2027
Theme: A final celebratory treat box to help your student finish the year strong.

This is a prepaid school-year care package, not a custom order for one specific date. Delivery dates and planned themes are included so you know what to expect, but exact delivery timing and final treat assortments may vary slightly based on campus schedules, route planning, ingredient availability, weather, and student availability.

Each delivery will be thoughtfully planned to match the theme and value of the selected package. We may make small adjustments to the exact treats included when needed, but every delivery will be fresh, gift-ready, and made with the same Ollie’s Great Bakery quality you know and love.
