Shipping policy

Local Delivery
All baked goods are hand-delivered to the college campuses and local areas we serve in North Carolina, plus occasional pop-ups in Virginia. Local delivery is always free, with a $36 order minimum. Choose your delivery date at checkout. Catering orders of $200 or more can add catering delivery and drop-off for $50.

Shipped Brownie Gift Boxes
Brownie gift boxes are the only baked goods we ship by mail. They ship via USPS with free shipping to the contiguous United States (48 states plus DC). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. Boxes ship on the ship-out date shown at checkout.

Shipping to College Students
Please use your student's official campus mailing address in the format their school requires, such as a campus box or mailbox number. Packages without the correct campus box or mailbox number may be delayed or returned by the school or USPS.

Merchandise
Ollie's merch is printed and shipped by our fulfillment partner.
