We pulled out all the stops for our signature Light Blue Cupcakes with UNC Toppers - we bake these cupcakes fresh before delivery, frost them with our very own made-from-scratch light blue buttercream that is out of this world, top them with an assortment of officially licensed UNC collegiate cupcake toppers, and finish them off with white sparkling sprinkles!
