We deliver in Greenville around major holidays (about twice a semester). Our 2025-2026 delivery dates are Aug 23rd, Oct 25th, Feb 14th, and Apr 25th.
Boone / App State
We are delivering in Boone on a trip-by-trip basis based on demand! Our first 'pop-up' will be Aug 15th. We hope to deliver to App State again if it goes well!
Our Story: In honor of Ollie
Hello! My name is Camryn Kellogg- my wife, Charlie, and I founded and run Ollie's Great Bakery just the two of us! I graduated from UNC as a Morehead-Cain Scholar in 2022, and she graduated from UNC in 2024. I have been baking since I was a young boy. Pictured is my sister and I baking apple pies with my great-grandmother, Ollie.
Ollie taught me how to bake everything from her famous brownies to her beloved banana bread. 'On-The-Go Ollie' was always busy mixing up a batch of goodies and passing on lessons, and I feel so lucky to have such wonderful memories from my childhood. I will forever cherish the time I spent in the kitchen with my great-grandmother.
Charlie and I are so proud to honor her legacy and carry on her recipes. Her baking brought so much joy to our family, and we hope to continue spreading her love in each and every order we bake. From my family to yours: enjoy!

There is so much to our bakery than just delicious recipes- everything we do is rooted in love and attention to detail! Introducing my wife and better half- Charlie. Charlie graduated from UNC in 2024, and has created beautiful art since she was a little girl. Adding to her love for oil paints and acrylic, she has truly developed a talent for decorating our decadent baked goods!
Using our made-from-scratch sweet buttercream frosting, beautiful color dyes, and unique chocolate drizzles, Charlie creates absolutely stunning desserts! Whether you are looking for elegantly decorated floral cupcakes, a cute birthday cookie cake, or decadently drizzled cookies, we are proud to have Charlie decorating our treats.
Luckily for us, Charlie also has a talent for photography! Our aesthetic social media accounts and stunning website photos are all her handiwork!
Tar Heel Born, Tar Heel Bred
We have certainly become Tar Heels at heart- Camryn received a Morehead-Cain scholarship to UNC and graduated with honors in 2022, and Charlie graduated with distinction in 2024! Chapel Hill will always have a special place in our hearts :)
The NC Triangle is certainly our home, and we absolutely love delivering to our great state's incredible universities: Duke, NC State, Elon, High Point, UNCG, UNCC, UNCW, ECU, and Wake Forest! There really is no better way to send a taste of home to your student than a delivery from Ollie's.
In addition to delivering on campus at all these universities, we deliver to local residents and community members too! We are proud to offer FREE delivery on all orders!
Our Philosophy: Quality Matters
We believe the key to success is top notch customer service, baking everything fresh to perfection, and incorporating the highest quality ingredients: farm-fresh local eggs (I raise the chickens myself), real Grade AA butter, and loads and loads of chocolate!
We are proud to raise our very own flock of chickens to supply Ollie's with the freshest, most delicious eggs! With our flock producing over 2 dozen eggs per day, we use all our farm fresh eggs for baking whenever possible and truly believe you can taste the difference! This is just another example of how the OG bakery does it RIGHT.
